多层次模糊评价模型在煤层气压缩机系统完整性评价的应用

摘要 针对煤气田现役煤层气增压集输用压缩机组系统安全运行及安全管理问题,开展了对煤层气压缩机组系统的完整性评价研究,利用多层次模糊评价模型建立压缩机组系统的完整性评价方法。根据多层次模糊评价法建立基于系统结构完整性及性能完整性为准则的评价体系,根据层次分析法建立各指标权重,结合模糊评价模型和专家评分建立目标集、权重集、评语集及判断矩阵,并通过一致性判断,根据最大隶属度准则得到各因素的评判结果。经过延川某煤层气田在役压缩机组系统的案例评判,得机组系统结构完整性及性能完整性评价结果为良好,整体完整性评价结果为77.8分,与现场实际吻合度较好。煤层气压缩机组系统完整性评价可为机组现场安全管理、高效运行效果的评估提供理论支持及评价措施。 In view of the safety operation and safety management of the coalbed methane compressor system in service used in the pressurized gathering and transportation,integrity evaluation research on the coalbed methane compressor unit system was carried out and the integrity evaluation method of compressor unit system based on multi-level fuzzy evaluation model was established.An evaluation system based on the criteria of system structural integrity and performance integrity was established according to the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.The weights of each index were established according to the analytic hierarchy process.Objective set,weight set,comment set and judgment matrix are established by combining fuzzy evaluation model and expert rating.The evaluation results of each factor are obtained according to the maximum membership criterion.Based on the case evaluation of the in-service compressor unit system in a coalbed methane field in Yan-chuan field,the evaluation results of compressor unit system based on structural integrity and performance integrity indexes are better,and the overall integrity evaluation result was 77.8.As a result,the evaluation result is in good agreement with the actual situation.So the integrity evaluation mothed of coalbed methane compressor unit system could provide theoretical support and evaluation measures for on-site safety management and efficient operation effect evaluation of the unit.
