摘要
以广东某市绿岛中心废活性炭深度再生处理为例,阐述分析废活性炭再生系统的工作原理和特性,分析了废活性炭成分。该项目采用“斗提+溜槽+多膛炉+二燃室+余热锅炉+急冷塔+干法脱酸塔+布袋除尘器+二级湿式洗涤塔+引风机+SGH+烟囱”的工艺,详细介绍了该工艺由预处理到再生系统,再到烟气处理系统等具体工艺流程和工艺参数,总结了相关设计经验。实践证明,利用分散吸附-集中再生能经济、有效地实现废活性炭大规模再生。
Taking the advanced regeneration treatment of waste activated carbon in the Green Island Center of a city in Guangdong as an example,this paper elaborates and analyzes the operating principle and characteristics of the waste activated carbon regeneration system,and analyzes the composition of waste activated carbon.This project adopts the process of"bucket elevator+chute+multi hearth furnace+secondary combustion chamber+waste heat boiler+quench tower+dry deacidification tower+bag filter+two-stage wet scrubbing tower+induced draft fan+SGH+stack",The paper introduces the detailed process flow and parameters of the whole process from pre-treatment to regeneration system,and then to gas handling system in detail,and summarizes relevant design experience.It has been proved that the use of decentralized adsorption-centralized regeneration can economically and effectively achieve large-scale regeneration of waste activated carbon.
