金融人才助力吉林省乡村振兴路径选择研究

Research on the Path Selection of Financial Talents Assisting Rural Revitalization in Jilin Province

乡村振兴,人才是关键。乡村人才振兴能够为乡村产业振兴、生态振兴、文化振兴、组织振兴提供重要的智力支持。吉林省坚持把乡村振兴战略作为新时代“三农”工作总抓手。无论是金融机构还是高等院校都在积极培养金融人才,积极践行乡村振兴战略。在金融人才助力吉林省乡村振兴战略的过程中,仍存在乡村金融环境有待改善、金融人才培养与乡村振兴需求不匹配、金融人才流失等问题。文章针对上述问题提出若干对策建议,以期助力吉林省乡村振兴战略得以顺利实施。

Talent is the key to rural revitalization,which can provide important intellectual support for the revitalization of rural industries,ecology,culture and organizations.Jilin Province insists on placing rural revitalization as the overall focus of“agriculture,rural areas,and farmers”work in the new era.Under the policy guidance,both financial institutions and higher education institutions are vigorously cultivating financial talents.Nevertheless,there are still issues such as imperfect financial environment,mismatch between the training objectives and the demands of rural revitalization,and the loss of financial talents.To address the above-mentioned issues,the article proposes several suggestions,for the purpose of assisting in the smooth implementation of rural revitalization.
