Study on Influencing Factors and Optimization Strategies for Cost Control of Shanty Area Renovation Projects under EPC Mode

文章以EPC模式下的棚户区改造项目为研究对象,探讨了EPC模式和棚户区改造项目的特征,进而构建了成本管控因素分析的理论框架,并对相关研究进行了综述。基于实证分析和案例应用,文章选取并测量了影响因素,并分析了它们与成本管控之间的关系。在此基础上,提出了成本控制、进度控制、质量控制和风险控制等优化策略,以期为相关实践提供参考。

Taking the shanty area renovation project under EPC mode as the research sample,this thesis aims to explore the characteristics of EPC mode and shanty area renovation projects through constructing a theoretical framework for cost control factor analysis,and gives an overview of relevant research.According to empirical analysis and case analysis,major influencing factors were selected and measured,and their relationship with cost control were explored respectively.On this basis,optimization strategies in terms of cost control,schedule control,quality control,and risk control were proposed to provide reference for relevant practices.
