供应链通过资源整合和流程优化,促进产业跨界和协同发展,有利于加强从生产到消费等各环节的有效对接,降低企业经营和交易成本,促进供需精准匹配和产业转型升级。永辉超市随着规模扩大和供应链模式的转变,组织架构及各运营环节都变得愈加复杂,其供应链成本管理也面临着诸多挑战。在大数据背景下,针对永辉超市供应链所面临的成本问题,能够帮助企业提出切实可行的解决方案。文章通过对永辉超市供应链成本的分析,认为企业能够对供应链的成本进行合理控制,进而促进企业的健康发展。
Supply chain can promote cross-border and collaborative development of industries through resource integration and process optimization,which is conducive to strengthening the effective connection of various links from production to consumption,slashing operating and transaction costs,precise matching of supply and demand and industrial transformation and upgrading.With the expansion of scale and the transformation of supply chain models,the organizational structure and various operational links of Yonghui Supermarket have become increasingly complex,and its supply-chain cost management is also facing many challenges.In this context,big data can provide enterprises with practical and feasible solutions.Through research,it's believed that the costs of supply chain can be reasonably managed to promote the sound development of enterprises.
