基于一流本科教育的拔尖创新人才培养体系构建研究

摘要 近年来,我国深入实施“强基计划”和基础学科拔尖人才培养计划,建设288个基础学科拔尖学生培养基地,接续推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设。文章通过研究一流本科教育的理念和特点,结合拔尖创新人才培养目标,构建了一套适应社会发展需求的拔尖创新人才培养体系。在该体系中,通过开设创新创业课程、组织创新项目和实践活动,学生的创新潜能和创业意识能得以激发;通过强化实践环节,可以有效地提升学生的实践能力和解决问题的能力,还能激发他们的创新思维和创业精神;通过导师指导,学生的创新思维和研究能力可得以培养;通过建立科学有效的评价体系,学生的创新能力和实践能力可得以全面评估;通过加强与行业的合作,可以建立一个科学有效的评价体系,全面准确评估学生的创新能力和综合素质,为他们提供准确的评价和反馈,激励学生积极参与创新实践,培养其创新意识和实践能力,进而持续提高拔尖创新人才培养质量。 In recent years,China has vigorously implemented the“Program for Strengthening Basic Disciplines”and the Program for the Cultivation of Top-notch Talents in Basic Disciplines,built 288 bases for cultivating top-notch students in basic disciplines,and continued to promote the construction of world first-class universities and first-class disciplines.Against this backdrop,the article proposes to construct a talent training system that meets the demands of social development trend by elaborating on the concept and characteristics of first-class undergraduate education,combined with the objective of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.In this system,students'innovation potential and entrepreneurial awareness can be stimulated by offering courses in this field,organizing innovation projects and relevant activities;Their teamwork and leadership abilities can be enhanced through team collaboration and leadership fostering;In addition,students innovative thinking and research abilities can be cultivated through guidance from mentors;Last but not least,students'innovative and hands-on abilities can be comprehensively evaluated and further improved through the evaluation system,thereby continuously enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
