Research on the High Quality Development Path of Graduate Education in the New Era

研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,是衡量一个国家高等教育竞争力的关键标志,是拔尖创新人才自主培养的主渠道。抓好高等教育这个龙头,必须充分发挥研究生教育的高端引领作用。有关研究结果显示,目前研究生教育出现了“数字化崇拜”盛行背离高等教育的育人初心、研究生培养与生产实践相脱节、资源平台建设不足等现实困境,严重制约着我国研究生教育的发展,研究生教育改革迫在眉睫。因此,文章从完善顶层设计,摆脱“数字化崇拜”;深化产教融合,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接;创建资源共享平台,协同多元主体共同治理等方面提出了提高研究生教育高质量发展的路径建议。

As the highest level of higher education,graduate education is a key indicator of the competitiveness of a country,and the main channel for cultivating top-notch innovative talents independently.To leverage the leading role of higher education,it is necessary to give full play of the leading role of graduate education.According to results of relevant studies,the phenomenon of“digital worship”prevails,and there are more practical difficulties such as the disconnection between graduate education and practice,insufficient construction of resource platforms,which deviate from the original intention of higher education,and thus severely restricting the development of graduate education.Against this backdrop,reform is imminent.Therefore,the article puts forward suggestions to enhance the top-level design and break free from the digital worship;Deepen industry-school integration,promote the organic connection between the chain of education,talent,industry and innovation;build a resource sharing platform and collaborate with multiple stakeholders for joint governance.
