乡村振兴战略下农村本土建筑人才培养机制研究

Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Rural Local Architectural Talents under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础,强化乡村振兴人才支撑是推进乡村全面振兴的题中应有之义。2024年中央一号文件提出要面向新农业、新乡村、新农民、新生态,加快新农科建设,加快培养农林水利类紧缺专业人才,更好地支撑服务农业强国建设。各地院校作为培养应用型技术技能人才的重要基地,加强本土人才培养,是实现乡村人才振兴的关键。目前,农村建筑市场尚不成熟,迫切需要解决农村本土建筑人才匮乏的难题。鉴于此,文章基于农村住宅建设现状,从政策、资金、人才等方面探索农村本土建筑人才培养机制,旨在为农村建筑行业输送更多优秀人才,进而全面推动乡村振兴战略的实施。

Talent is the foundation of rural revitalization,and strengthening talent support is an essential aspect of promoting rural revitalization.In 2024,the No.1 document of the Central Committee proposed to accelerate the construction of new agricultural science and the training of agricultural,forestry and water conservancy personnel for the new agriculture,new villages,new farmers and new ecology to better serve the construction of an agriculture powerhouse.Colleges and universities,as important bases for cultivating applied technical and skilled talents,should strengthen the cultivation of local talents.At present,the rural construction market is not yet perfect,and there is an urgent need to address the shortage of local talents.In view of this,based on the current status of rural residential construction,this article explores the mechanism for cultivating local talents in terms of policies,funds,and talents,aiming to provide more outstanding talents for the industry and comprehensively promote the implementation of rural revitalization.
