摘要
组织人事制度建设的质量直接关系到一个单位组织人事工作的好坏。以近十年来西藏自治区地震局组织人事制度的建设情况为依据,对现有组织人事制度的广度、时效性和地域特色进行了分析。组织人事制度改革要以党的二十大精神为指导,配班子、建队伍、聚人才,创新完善干部选拔任用机制、教育培训机制、管理监督机制,努力建设高素质专业化干部人才队伍,为推动西藏防震减灾事业高质量发展提供坚强的组织保障。
The quality of organizational personnel system construction is directly related to the quality of a unit's organizational personnel work.Based on the construction of the organization and personnel system of the Earthquake Agency of Xizang Autonomous Region in the past decade,this paper analyzes the breadth,timeliness and regional characteristics of the existing organization and personnel system.The reform of the organization and personnel system should be guided by the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,allocate teams,build teams,gather talents,innovate and improve the cadre selection and appointment mechanism,education and training mechanism,management and supervision mechanism,strive to build a high-quality professional cadre talent team,and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the high-quality development of Xizang's earthquake prevention and disaster reduction cause.
