我国大学生肺结核健康教育效果的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of tuberculosis health education effect among Chinese university students

目的综合评价我国大学生肺结核健康教育的干预效果。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、PubMed数据库,收集从数据库建库至2021年1月10日关于我国大学生肺结核健康教育的文章,使用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果健康教育干预后,研究对象对“肺结核是一种传染病”“肺结核的主要传播途径”“肺结核的常见症状”“得肺结核后要去定点医院治疗”“肺结核的国家免费政策”“肺结核的预防及注意事项”6个知识点的知晓率分别提高了25%、26%、30%、31%、44%、52%。结论开展健康教育对提高我国大学生肺结核病防治知识知晓率有不错的效果。

Objective This paper aims to comprehensively evaluate the intervention effects of tuberculosis health education among Chinese university students.Methods Literature related to tuberculosis health education for Chinese university students from the establishment of the databases up to January 10,2021,was collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,China Biological Medicine(CBM)Database,and PubMed Database.A meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 12.0 software.Results After the health education intervention,the awareness rates of the study participants regarding six key points of knowledge("tuberculosis as a communicable disease""the main transmission routes of tuberculosis""common symptoms of tuberculosis""the need to seek treatment at designated hospitals for tuberculosis""national policies for free tuberculosis treatment"and"prevention and precautions for tuberculosis")increased by 25%,26%,30%,31%,44%,and 52%,respectively.Conclusion Health education has a marked effect on raising the awareness of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge among Chinese university students.
