基于积极心理学视角的高校学生管理工作实践研究

摘要 学生管理是高校育人工作的重要组成,提升学生管理工作效率和质量,有助于大学生更好的成才和成长。积极心理学主张用欣赏的眼光看待学生,倡导赏识教育和全员育人,兼顾个性教育和共性教育,将其应用于学生管理工作中,具有极强的必要性和可行性,能够为高校学生管理工作提质增效保驾护航。基于积极心理学视角,结合当前高校学生管理工作现状,提出了将积极心理学应用于学生管理工作的优化改进策略,旨在努力拓宽积极因素形成途径和支撑环境。 Student management is an important part of the education work in colleges and universities.Improving the efficiency and quality of student management is conducive to the better growth and development of college students.Positive psychology advocates viewing students with appreciation,advocates appreciation education and all-around education,and gives consideration to personality education and general education.Applying it to student management has strong necessity and feasibility,which can guarantee the improvement of quality and efficiency of college student management.Based on the perspective of positive psychology and combined with the current situation of student management in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the optimization and improvement strategies of applying positive psychology to student management,aiming at broadening the formation path and supporting environment of positive factors.
