摘要
近年来高校英语教学正面临着学分压缩的挑战,课程育人质量和效度备受瞩目。为培养高素质复合型创新人才,适应社会发展需要,当前英语教学正加快由通用英语向专门用途英语(ESP)进行升级。面对ESP课程需求日趋高涨,大学英语教师不断寻求教学角色、知识结构、专业知识的自我觉醒和突破提升。与此同时,部分教师出现转型茫然与焦虑。针对于此,提出了相应的对策与建议,旨在推进英语ESP教学的高效运行。
In recent years,college English teaching is facing the challenge of credit compression,and the quality and validity of curriculum education have attracted much attention.In order to cultivate high-quality and innovative talents and meet the needs of social development,the current English teaching is accelerating the upgrading from general English to English for special purpose(ESP).Faced with the increasing demands for ESP courses,college English teachers are constantly seeking selfawakening and breakthrough in teaching roles,knowledge structure and professional knowledge.At the same time,some teachers have transformation confusion and anxiety.In view of these,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the efficient operation of ESP.
