中国澳门轻轨延伸线横琴线隧道盾构区间施工关键技术研究

摘要 以中国澳门轻轨延伸线隧道盾构区间施工为研究背景,针对盾构隧道穿越建(构)筑物、盾构接收以及联络通道冷冻法施工3个方面的施工关键技术展开研究,盾构穿越建(构)筑物段,采用MJS工法桩加固隔离,并控制土压力、盾构推力等掘进参数,运用二次注浆控制地表变形;盾构接收段分5个阶段控制盾构推力、推进速度和刀盘转速等掘进参数;联络通道冷冻法施工段则从冻结范围、冻结孔布置、泄压孔布置以及制冷参数方面提出了相应的施工技术。结果表明:所提出的施工关键技术保证了隧道盾构区间的顺利贯通,该成果可为类似条件地铁盾构隧道提供参考。 Based on the research background of the construction of the shield section of the China Macao LRT extension line tunnel,the key construction technologies of the shield tunnel crossing buildings(structures),the shield reception and the freezing construction of the connecting passage are studied.The shield tunnel crossing buildings(structures)section is reinforced and isolated by the MJS construction method piles,and the excavation parameters such as earth pressure and shield thrust are controlled,and the surface deformation is controlled by secondary grouting.The shield receiving section controls the tunneling parameters such as shield thrust,propulsion speed and cutter head speed in five stages.The freezing method construction section of the connecting passage puts forward the corresponding construction technology from the freezing range,freezing hole layout,pressure relief hole layout and refrigeration parameters.The research results show that the proposed key construction technologies ensure the smooth penetration of the tunnel shield section,and the research results can provide a reference for the metro shield tunnel under similar conditions.
