山西区域货币制度变革与信用货币发行管理研究(1919—1931)——兼论山西区域币制变迁问题

A Study on the Reform of Regional Monetary System and the Management of Credit Currency Issuance in Shanxi Province(1919—1931)——On the Change of Shanxi Regional Currency System

民国时期山西的区域金融管理及制度演进一直是中国区域经济史研究中较有特色和具有一定典型性的问题。民国初年货币体系与规制的紊乱对山西区域经济有诸多的负面效应。自山西省银行成立的1919年到中原大战结束后的1931年,山西先后通过废两改元以及发行纸币完成了区域币制改革的历史性跃进,而且使区域性货币的影响最大化。文章对此段历史,特别是晋钞纸币在服务地方政治目的布局下由优质稳定转向恶性膨胀的历史嬗变,借助相关理论进行了详细梳理与述论,并对民国初年到晋钞首次发行结束期间山西区域币制变迁进行理论分析。

The regional financial management and institutional evolution of Shanxi in the Republic of China has always been a characteristic and typical issue in the study of China's regional economic history.The disorder of monetary system and regulation in the early years of the Republic of China had many negative effects on Shanxi's regional economy.From 1919,when the Bank of Shanxi was established,to 1931,after the Central Plains War,Shanxi completed the historic leap of regional currency reform by replacing Liang with Yuan and issuing banknotes,and maximized the influence of regional currency.With the help of relevant theories,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the history,especially the historical evolution of Jin banknotes from high quality and stable to malignant expansion under the arrangement of serving local political purposes,and makes a theoretical analysis of the regional currency system changes in Shanxi from the early years of the Republic of China to the end of the first issue of Jin banknotes.
