摘要
以童亭煤重质组族组分为原料,KOH为活化剂,制备了高比表面积活性炭,研究了碱炭比对活性炭孔结构及其吸附亚甲基蓝和苯酚性能的影响。结果表明,活性炭AC-4有最大的比表面积(3752 m^(2)/g),对2000 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液吸附量达到最大,为1996.74 mg/g,吸附率高达99.84%;而活性炭AC-2对120 mg/L的苯酚溶液吸附量达到最大,为107.08 mg/g,吸附率高达89.23%。活性炭对亚甲基蓝和苯酚有不同的吸附机制,对亚甲基蓝的吸附以孔隙填充为主,而对苯酚的吸附则以π-π相互作用为主。
High surface area activated carbons were prepared using the heavy components(HC)from Tongting coal as the raw material and KOH as the activating agent.The effects of the KOH/HC mass ratios on the pore structure of the activated carbon and its adsorption performance towards methylene blue and phenol were investigated.The results show that the activated carbon AC-4 exhibites the highest specific surface area of 3752 m^(2)/g and a maximum adsorption capacity of 1996.74 mg/g with a remarkable adsorption rate of 99.84%for a MB solution with an initial concentration of 2000 mg/L.In contrast,the activated carbon AC-2 demonstrates a maximum adsorption capacity of 107.08 mg/g with a high adsorption rate of 89.23%for a phenol solution with an initial concentration of 120 mg/L.The activated carbon has different adsorption mechanisms for methylene blue and phenol.The adsorption of methylene blue is primarily attributed to pore filling,whereas the adsorption of phenol is mainly governed byπ-πinteractions.
