煤基钠离子电池负极材料的制备及性能研究

Preparation and properties of coal-based anode materials for sodium-ion batteries

摘要 以准东洗精煤为前驱体,经过粉碎、低温热处理、高温热处理制备了煤基钠离子电池负极材料。通过热重分析仪研究了准东洗精煤的热解特性,通过XRD、SEM等研究了所制备材料的结构与形貌,通过电化学循环、CV、EIS等研究了样品的电化学性能。结果表明,高温热处理温度为1300℃时煤基钠离子电池负极材料具有较好的电化学性能:首次脱钠容量为279.8 mAh/g,首次充放电效率高达90.4%,在150 mA/g电流密度条件下循环50次后充电容量仍能保持在246.3 mAh/g。 Using Zhundong cleaned coal as precursor,the coal-based anode material for sodium ion battery was prepared by grinding,low temperature and high temperature heat treatment.The pyrolytic characteristics of Zhundong cleaned coal were studied by TG,the structure and morphology of the prepared materials were investigated by XRD and SEM,and the electrochemical properties of the samples were evaluated by electrochemical cycling,CV and EIS.The results show that the coal-based anode material prepared at 1300℃has good electrochemical performance:the first capacity is 279.8 mAh/g,the first columbic efficiency is up to 90.4%,and the charging capacity can remain at 246.3 mAh/g after 50 cycles under the condition of 150 mA/g current density.
