摘要
本文对食用盐的颗粒分级包装进行了简要的介绍,对食用盐颗粒分级的必要性、筛分测试情况、筛分率的控制,以及筛分工艺进行了分析,对筛分前后加碘盐品稳定性进行了对比,并对盐品颗粒分级包装后达到的效果进行了叙述,供同行借鉴。
In this paper,the grain grading packaging of edible salt is briefly introduced,and the necessity of grain grading,screening test,screening rate control and screening technology are analyzed.At the same time,the stability of iodized salt before and after screening was compared,and the effect achieved after grading and packaging of salt particles was described for reference.
