摘要
通过使用国标手工法与北京吉天ACOD-30全自动化学需氧量分析仪测定水质化学需氧量的对比实验,分析两种测量方式测定结果之间的差异性。测量结果表明手工法与北京吉天ACOD-30全自动化学需氧量分析仪都能满足《水质化学需氧量的测定重铬酸盐法》(HJ828-2017)中化学需氧量测定的要求。同时,利用F检验法和t检验法进一步判断手工法与北京吉天ACOD-30全自动化学需氧量分析仪在测试有证标准物质时不存在显著性差异。同时全自动化学需氧量分析仪法可有效控制测定条件,有效节约人力资源,提高分析人员在操作过程中的安全性问题,具有很好的应用前景。
The difference between the results of water quality chemical oxygen demand measured by national standard manual method and Beijing Jitian ACOD-30 automatic chemical oxygen demand analyzer was analyzed.The measurement results show that both manual method and Beijing Jitian ACOD-30 automatic chemical oxygen demand analyzer can meet the requirements of chemical oxygen demand measurement in Dichromate method for the determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water Quality(HJ828-2017).At the same time,F-test method and T-test method were used to further determine that there was no significant difference between manual method and Beijing Jitian ACOD-30 automatic chemical oxygen demand analyzer in testing certified reference materials.At the same time,the automatic chemical oxygen demand analyzer method can effectively control the measurement conditions,effectively save human resources,improve the safety of analysts in the operation process,and has a good application prospect.
