现代有轨电车近期建设规划研究——以丽江市有轨电车为例

摘要 现代有轨电车线网建设是一项复杂的系统工程。文章通过分析目前我国有轨电车建设和发展中存在的瓶颈问题,结合城市实际发展需求,从充分发挥线路服务功能、提升客流支撑、提高公共交通服务水平、确保有轨电车线网发展可持续性的角度出发,指出有轨电车建设时序的重要性,尤其是能否合理筛选近期建设项目,关系到能否充分满足城市近阶段的实际出行需求,能否紧跟城市经济发展及人口增长的步伐,提高公共交通服务水平,以较少的投入获取综合效益的最大化。基于此,以丽江市有轨电车为例,着重探讨现代有轨电车近期建设项目的筛选思路,并提出近期建设方案,以期为国内同类城市的现代有轨电车建设规划提供借鉴和参考。 The construction of a modern tram network is a multifaceted endeavor.This article analyzes the current challenges hindering tram construction development in China,based on the actual development needs of cities.It emphasizes the importance of tram construction sequence from the aspects of optimizing line service functions,enhancing passenger flow support,improving public transportation service levels,and ensuring the sustainability of tram network development.In particular,the judicious selection of upcoming projects hinges upon their ability to address the immediate requirements of cities,integrate seamlessly with their economic and demographic dynamics,enhance public transportation services,and achieve maximum comprehensive benefits with minimal investment.Based on this,using the Lijiang tram as a case study,this article focuses on exploring the screening ideas for upcoming modern tram construction projects,and proposes a construction plan for the near future,so as to provide reference and guidance for the planning of new trams in similar cities across China.
