摘要
针对某型变压器用离心式油泵在高速运转过程中的异音现象,通过解析油泵内部结构、研究故障机理,对因轴承装配异常产生的异音提出感应加热装配解决措施。实测结果表明,优化油泵轴承装配工艺不会影响油泵电气性能,能消除因油泵轴承装配故障引发的油泵异音现象,并能提高生产效率、节约生产成本。
Aiming at the abnormal sound phenomenon of centrifugal oil pump for transformer in the process of high-speed operation,by analyzing the internal structure of the oil pump and studying the fault mechanism,the solution of induction heating assembly for the abnormal sound caused by the abnormal assembly of bearings was put forward.The measured results showed that the optimization of oil pump bearing assembly process did not affect the electrical performance of oil pump,but could eliminate the abnormal sound of oil pump caused by the failure of oil pump bearing assembly,and improve production efficiency and save production cost.
