液压油缸活塞杆耐久分析及优化

摘要 为研究旋挖钻机加压油缸的疲劳性能,通过市场调研获取了旋挖钻机加压油缸的一种非常典型的作业工况,测试其压力载荷谱并转换为活塞杆的力载荷谱。根据载荷谱特征,对载荷谱每个作业周期进行拆解分析,得到每个周期包含主卷扬上提、打桩加压、憋压、泄压回转下放4个过程。基于载荷分解得到的单周期动态载荷谱,利用有限元仿真和疲劳分析,对加压油缸活塞杆进行疲劳寿命分析预测,反映实际工况下活塞杆的预测疲劳寿命及风险区域,为后期结构优化提供参考。 In order to study the fatigue performance of the hydrocylinder in pile machine,a very typical working case of the hydrocylinder was obtained through market research,and the pressure load spectrum was tested,then the pressure load spectrum was converted into the force load spectrum.According to the characteristics of the load spectrum,each load spectrum was disassembled and analyzed,and the results showed that each cycle included four processes:main windlass lifting,pile driving,pressure holding back,pressure relief and tuning down.Based on the single cycle of the load spectrum,the fatigue life of piston rod of hydrocylinder was analyzed by using the finite simulation and fatigue theory.Through the analysis,the fatigue life and risk area of piston rod can be predicted,which provides a reference for the structural optimization.
