医院文化是医院发展的内生动力,是打造医院文化品牌和塑造医院形象的重要抓手。公立医院在文化建设过程中应认真学习贯彻习近平文化思想,结合医院文化发展的实际情况和问题,从党建引领、历史挖掘、氛围营造、丰富宣传等几个方面进行探索实践,从而更好地担负起新时代文化使命,谱写医院文化新篇章。

Hospital culture is the endogenous driving force of hospital development and also an important element in creating the hospital's cultural brand and shaping hospital image.For public hospitals,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture should be studied and implemented during cultural construction.Based on the real conditions and problems of our hospital during cultural construction,we have implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Culture from the perspectives including Party leadership,historical excavation,atmosphere creation,and publicity enrichment,in an attempt to better undertake the cultural mission in the new era and compose a new chapter of hospital culture.
