服装企业数字化转型经营探索与研究

Exploration and Research on Digital Transformation of Clothing Enterprises

摘要 在信息技术不断进步和居民消费习惯转变的推动下,数字经济迅猛发展,企业数字化转型发展已经成为我国企业经营发展的主要方向。文章以帮助服装企业加快数字化转型为目标,以优诺服装为例,综合运用文献研究、案例分析等方法,在企业数字化转型框架的基础上,结合优诺公司数字化转型发展需求,从发展战略、经营模式、业务能力、数字化系统和保障体系等方面提出服装企业数字化转型方案,希望能够助力服装行业早日实现数字化转型发展。 Driven by the continuous progress of information technology and the transformation of consumer habits among residents,the digital economy has developed rapidly,and the digital transformation and development of enterprises have become the main direction for the operation and development of enterprises in China.This article aims to help clothing enterprises accelerate their digital transformation.Taking UNO Grame as an example,using literature research,case analysis and other methods,based on the digital transformation framework of the enterprise,combined with the digital transformation development needs of UNO company,a digital transformation plan for clothing enterprises is proposed from the aspects of development strategy,business model,business capability,digital system,and guarantee system,which hopes to help the clothing industry achieve digital transformation and development as soon as possible.
