Research and Design of Intelligent Temperature Changing Cup Sleeve

温变纱线是一种具有高附加值和效益的新型纤维,在工业、军事、防伪、建筑、医疗及纺织等行业中被应用。随着经济发展和科技进步,温变纱线技术难题逐渐被解决,温变纺织品出现在日常生活中,其中装饰用品领域深受人们青睐。本文通过研究温变纱线的发展情况、应用前景,提出温变纱线应用方案,即智能温变杯套,通过针织技术完成编织,经过测试样品,达到了依据变色程度反映水温变化的效果。智能温变杯套应用在婴儿奶瓶上,可以提醒父母奶瓶的水温,有效避免婴儿被烫伤,具有功能性和实用性。

Temperature changing yarn is a new type of fiber with high added value and efficiency,which is applied in various industries such as industry,military,anti-counterfeiting,construction,medical treatment,and textile.With the development of the economy and technological progress,the technical dificulties of temperature changing yarns are gradually being solved,and temperature changing textiles appear in daily lives,among which thefield of decorative products is favored by people.This article studies the development and application prospects of temperature changing yarns,and proposes an application plan for temperature changing yarns-intelligent temperature changing cup sleeves.Kniting is completed through kniting technology,and after testing the samples,the effect of reflecting water temperature changes based on the degree of color change is achieved.The intelligent temperature change cup cover is applied to baby bottles,which can remind parents of the water temperature of the bottles,effectively avoiding burns to the baby,and has functionality and practicality.
