职业教育的矛盾体系、结构特征及消解路径

摘要 作为与普通教育具有同等地位的教育类型,职业教育在理论与实践中仍面临巨大挑战,诸多问题彼此交织、相互耦联。只有深度剖析职业教育内在的矛盾体系,揭示其结构特征及成因,才能探求解决路径,疏解矛盾。通过对职业教育六大基本矛盾及其关联性质的分析,推演并构建矛盾体系的总体构成;再利用层次分析法及关联矩阵,刻画矛盾体系的一阶和二阶结构特征;最终提出具有科学性和针对性的职业教育矛盾的技术消解路径。借助加强数字化基建、建设教学共享平台、打造虚拟仿真实训基地等方式,有望系统性化解相关矛盾,助力我国职业教育的高质量发展。 As an educational field with equal standing to general education,vocational education still faces significant challenges in both theory and practice,leading to numerous intertwined and interrelated issues.Only by deeply analyzing the inherent system of contradictions within vocational education and revealing its structural characteristics and causes can we explore solutions and resolve these contradictions.Through an analysis of the six fundamental contradictions of vocational education and their associative properties,we can deduce and construct the overall composition of the system of contradictions.By utilizing methods such as the analytic hierarchy process and correlation matrix,we can depict the first-order and second-order structural characteristics of this system of contradictions,ultimately proposing a scientific and targeted technical path for resolving these contradictions within vocational education.By strengthening digital infrastructure,building shared teaching platforms,and creating virtual simulation training labs,we can systematically resolve related contradictions and support the high-quality development of vocational education in China.
