老年人营养素养的研究进展

Advances in Understanding Nutritional Literacy among the Elderly

摘要 营养素养是指个人获取、分析和理解基本营养信息和服务,并运用这些信息和服务做出正确营养决策,以维护和促进自身营养与健康的能力。本文对老年人营养素养的影响因素、评估工具、干预研究进行综述,为医学领域开展老年人的营养素养现状调查、个性化护理干预研究提供参考,提升老年人营养素养水平,促进老年人的健康饮食行为,改善营养状态。 Nutritional literacy encompasses an individual′s capacity to comprehend and utilize foundational nutrition information and services to make informed dietary choices,ultimately sustaining and enhancing personal health and nutrition.This article examines the determinants,evaluative methods,and intervention research related to the nutritional literacy of older adults.The aim is to furnish insights for exploring the current nutritional status and dietary patterns of the elderly in the medical realm,as well as to design tailored nursing interventions.By doing so,it seeks to elevate nutritional well-being and promote healthful eating practices among the aging population,thereby improving their overall nutritional status.
