课程思政在本科生医学心理学教学中的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Medical Psychology Teaching for Undergraduate Students

目的 本研究通过在临床医学五年制医学心理学教学中融入课程思政,与传统讲授式教学方法比较,以观察课程思政在医学心理学教学中的效果。方法 选取2016—2019级吉林大学临床医学五年制进行医学心理学学习的学生323名作为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同分为对照组(传统讲授式教学方法)161名及观察组(融入课程思政教学模式)162名。于课程结束时,通过调查问卷的形式比较两组学生对医学心理学课程教学效果的评价。结果 问卷调查结果显示,观察组在心理健康与人际关系能力、自主学习能力、医患关系及医患沟通能力、岗位胜任力方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各二级指标除掌握医学心理学基本知识和应用技能、创新意识及学习新知识能力方面外观察组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在临床医学五年制本科教学过程中,融入课程思政的医学心理学教学模式,提高了学生的心理健康与人际关系、自主学习、医患关系及医患沟通等方面的能力,对提升学生岗位胜任力具有重要意义。

Objective This study was conducted to observe the effect of curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of medical psychology by integrating curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of medical psychology in the five-year system of clinical medicine and comparing it with the traditional lecture-based teaching method.Methods A total of 323 students who underwent medical psychology study in the five-year system of clinical medicine of Jilin University from 2016 to 2019 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group(traditional teaching method)of 161 students and the observation group(integration of curriculum ideology and politics teaching mode)of 162 students according to different teaching methods.At the end of the course,the evaluation of the teaching effect of the medical psychology course was compared between the two groups of students by a questionnaire.Results The results of questionnaire survey showed that the observation group was higher than the control group in mental health and interpersonal ability,autonomous learning ability,doctor-patient relationship,doctor-patient communication ability and post competence,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each secondary index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group except for mastering the basic knowledge and application skills of medical psychology,innovation consciousness and learning new knowledge ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of five-year undergraduate teaching of clinical medicine,the teaching mode of medical psychology integrated into curriculum ideology and politics improves students′mental health and interpersonal relationship,independent learning,doctor-patient relationship and doctor-patient communication,which is of great significance to improving students'post competence.
