尿素配施不同量的微生物菌剂对棉花生长发育及产量的影响

摘要 为考察尿素配施不同量的微生物菌剂对棉花生长发育和产量的影响,以单施普通尿素为对照处理,开展了田间试验。结果表明:随微生物菌剂配施量的增加,各配施处理的棉花株高、功能叶叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、蕾铃数、产量等均呈增加趋势;与对照处理相比,配施处理的棉花增产率为7.69%~13.18%。尿素与微生物菌剂配施,可以促进棉花的生长发育,提高棉花的产量。 In order to investigate the effects of urea combined with different amounts of microbial agent on growth and yield of cotton,a field experiment is carried out with common urea alone as the control treatment.The results show that with the increase in the amounts of microbial agent added,the cotton plant height,relative content of chlorophyll in functional leaves(SPAD value),number of cotton buds and bolls,and yield of cotton in each combined application treatment all show an increasing trend.Compared with the control treatment,the yield increase rate of cotton combined application treatment is 7.69%to 13.18%.The combined application of urea and microbial agent can promote the growth and development of cotton,as well as increasing the yield.
