摘要 目的 探讨输液时茂菲氏滴管液面自行下降的原因。方法 实验观察不同型号针头 ,两种连接方法 ,三种滴速情况下 ,不同裂隙部位液面的变化 ,再用物理原理加以分析。结果 在输液器连接完整 ,不管滴速如何 ,只要滴管有裂隙时均可见液面上升 ,滴管以上有裂隙时液面不变。如流阻变小时 ,不论裂隙在滴管或滴管上段均会造成液面的下降。结论 在临床进行输液时 ,不论滴速如何 。 Objective To probe the cases of the surface decline in Murphy's dropper while transfusion. Methods The changes of surface fissure position were observed while using different types of pinhead, two joint means, three kinds of tranfusion speed, and then we analyzed the observation by physical principle.Results Regardless the speed of transfusion, surface raised when transfusin implement was Completely jointed and crannieds were in it. No change of surface was observed when fissure were in upper position. When breaking out the scalp-needle,surface would descend regardless the fissure position. Conclusions Regardless the speed of transfusion, it wouldn't lead to dedine of the surface even if there were fissures in murphy's dropper.
