Exploration and Research on the Cultivation of Radio and Television Scriptwriting and Directing Professionals from the Perspective of New Media

基于调研和分析,总结了编导专业人才培养的突出问题,并做出相对应的创新模式探析。从人才培养方案修订思路、教学团队素质提升、教学方式的突破创新、教学管理配套措施等角度进行了探讨,尤其以应用为导向,提出了突破实践理念与模式瓶颈等问题。

Through research and analysis,this paper summarizes the prominent problems concerning the cultivation of scriptwriting and directing professionals,and delves into the innovative talent cultivating mode.This paper probes into the idea of revising the talent cultivating plan,improving the quality of teaching team,breaking through and innovating the teaching methods,and improving supporting measures for teaching management,and with application orientation,puts forward the issues of breaking through the bottleneck of practice idea and mode.
