摘要
为了确定获得羊肚菌杂交双基因型菌株的时间,选择了6个七妹羊肚菌单基因型菌株和4个六妹羊肚菌单基因型菌株,分别在不同温度和不同状态下杂交,利用PCR技术在第1、3、5和7 d检测杂交菌株的基因型。结果表明,七妹羊肚菌杂交成功率更高,不同条件下3 d基本能获得双基因型菌株;六妹羊肚菌杂交不太稳定,杂交5 d成功率较高。
In order to determine the time to obtain the hybrid bi-genotype strains of Morchella,six mono-genotype strains of Morchella eximia and four mono-genotype strains of Morchella sextelata were selected to hybridize at different temperatures and under different conditions.PCR technology was used to detect the genotypes of hybrid strains at the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day.The results showed that the hybridization success rate of M.eximia is higher,and the bi-genotype strains could be obtained under different conditions after 3 days.The hybridization of M.sextelata is not stable,and the success rate of hybridization after 5 days is higher.
