摘要
绣球菌是一种珍贵的食(药)用菌,因其含有丰富的β-葡聚糖而受到人们的广泛关注,我国已于2010年实现工厂化栽培。通过对绣球菌工厂化生产工艺参数和技术要点进行综述,并对存在的问题进行分析,为绣球菌工厂化栽培技术改进提供参考。
Sparassis crispa is a precious edible and medicinal fungus that has attracted people's attention because of its richβ-glucan content.China has realized factory cultivation of S.crispa in 2010.This review is a comprehensive summary of its factory cultivation parameters and key points of cultivation techniques,and the existing problems to provide reference for the improvement of the industrial cultivation technology of S.crispa.
