OBE理念下高校教师课堂教学质量评价体系的解构与重构

摘要 OBE教育理念是一种以成果为导向的教育理念,其核心是关注学生的能力提升和个性化发展,强调教育的针对性和实效性。在OBE教育理念下,高校教师课堂教学质量评价体系需要进行全面的解构与重构,以适应新时代高等教育的发展需要。高校应加强教师评价参与的主体多元化,让学生、同行教师和专家等多方参与评价,形成全方位的反馈机制,并以评价结果为依据进行教师培训和发展,推动教师教学质量的提升。 OBE education philosophy is a result oriented education philosophy,which focuses on improving students'abilities and personalized development,emphasizing the pertinence and effectiveness of education.Under the OBE education concept,the evaluation system for classroom teaching quality of university teachers needs to be comprehensively deconstructed and reconstructed to meet the development needs of higher education in the new era.Universities should strengthen the diversification of the main body of teacher evaluation participation,allowing students,peer teachers,experts and other parties to participate in the evaluation,forming a comprehensive feedback mechanism,and conducting teacher training and development based on the evaluation results,promoting the improvement of teacher teaching quality.
