适应性视角下高职思政课教学改革探索

摘要 增强适应性是高职思政课教学适应党和国家事业发展的需要,是高职思政课教学适应职业教育类型化发展的需要,是高职思政课教学适应高职大学生成长成才的需要。增强高职思政课教学适应性要坚持守正与创新并举、共性与独特相融、理论与实践相促。结合职业教育育人特点,高职思政课可以通过善用职教力量建“大思政课”、善用职教资源拓展教学内容、善用信息技术改革教学方式及善用社会大课堂丰富实践教学等路径增强适应性。 Enhancing adaptability is a need for vocational college ideological and political education to adapt to the development of the Party and the country,to adapt to the development of vocational education types,and to adapt to the growth and development of vocational college students.Enhancing the adaptability of ideological and political education in higher vocational education should adhere to the combination of integrity and innovation,the integration of commonality and uniqueness,and the promotion of theory and practice.Based on the characteristics of vocational education,ideological and political courses in higher vocational education can enhance adaptability by making good use of vocational education resources to build"large-scale ideological and political courses",expanding teaching content,reforming teaching methods with information technology,and enriching practical teaching through social classrooms.
