“双减”背景下的中小学教师减负路径探索

摘要 “双减”政策以学校为主阵地实施多项举措,给中小学教师工作带来诸多影响,有时也使中小学教师负担问题进一步凸显。“双减”背景下,中小学教师减负既有重要性又有紧迫性。其重要性在于为中小学教师减负是落实“双减”政策的现实之需,是推动教师专业化发展的外在保障,是实现教育高质量发展的内在要求。其紧迫性在于“双减”政策实施过程中,中小学教师工作呈现出的工作时间过度延长、工作量明显增多及工作难度显著上升的问题亟待解决。“双减”背景下减轻中小学教师负担应做好顶层制度设计,理清教师工作边界;优化学校管理方式,加强教师工作保障;强化家庭教育作用,推进家校协同育人;注重教师自我调整,提升教师专业素养。 The implementation of the"double reduction"policy,with schools as the main battlefield,brings many impacts to the work of primary and secondary school teachers,further highlighting the problem of their burden sometimes.Under the background of"double reduction",reducing the burden on primary and secondary school teachers is both important and urgent.Its importance lies in the fact that reducing the burden on primary and secondary school teachers is a practical necessity for implementing the"double reduction"policy,an external guarantee for promoting the professional development of teachers,and an internal requirement for achieving high-quality education development.The urgency lies in the urgent need to solve the problems of excessively prolonged working hours,significantly increased workload,and significantly increased difficulty in the work of primary and secondary school teachers during the implementation of the"double reduction"policy.Under the background of"double reduction",reducing the burden on primary and secondary school teachers should do a good job in designing top-level systems and clarifying the boundaries of teacher work;optimize school management methods and strengthen the guarantee of teacher work;strengthen the role of family education and promote collaborative education between families and schools;pay attention to teacher self adjustment and enhance their professional competence.
