摘要
高职院校作为培养高素质应用型人才的主要阵地,越来越重视学生的身体素质和心理素质。高职体育课与心理健康教育发挥协同效应,不仅能够为高职体育教学改革提供理论支持,而且能够有效促进学生的身心健康。文章对“三全育人”视域下高职体育课与心理健康教育协同育人进行深入分析,旨在充分发挥两者的优势,使两者在人才培养过程中产生积极效应,进而实现人才培养的目标。
As the main battlefield for cultivating high-quality applied talents,vocational colleges are increasingly emphasizing the physical and psychological qualities of students.Based on the perspective of"comprehensive education",the synergy between physical education courses and mental health education in vocational colleges can not only provide theoretical support for the reform of physical education teaching in vocational colleges,but also effectively promote the physical and mental health of students.The article conducts an in-depth analysis of the collaborative education of physical education and mental health education in vocational colleges from the perspective of"comprehensive education",aiming to fully leverage the advantages of the two,so that they can have a positive effect in the process of talent cultivation,and thus achieve the goal of talent cultivation.
