基于幼教专业特色的中职班级文化建设实践研究

摘要 对于中职院校来说,幼教专业本身存在一定的特殊性,因此基于幼教专业特色的中职班级文化建设要有针对性。文章概述幼教专业特色的班级文化建设,分析幼教专业学生的特点,探讨当前中职院校幼教专业班级文化建设存在的问题,提出基于幼教专业特色的中职班级文化建设实践路径。要结合学生特点营造积极的班级文化氛围,开展特色活动促进专业成长,合理应用激励机制,重视教室及宿舍环境创设,实现班级事务的现代化管理,建立长效读书机制,定期开展特色班会活动。 For vocational schools,the preschool education major itself has certain characteristics,so the construction of vocational class culture based on the characteristics of preschool education major should be targeted.The article outlines the class culture construction with the characteristics of early childhood education majors,analyzes the characteristics of students in early childhood education majors,explores the problems in the current class culture construction of early childhood education majors in vocational colleges,and proposes a practical path for the construction of class culture in vocational schools based on the characteristics of early childhood education majors.To create a positive class cultural atmosphere based on the characteristics of students,carry out characteristic activities to promote professional growth,reasonably apply incentive mechanisms,attach importance to the creation of classroom and dormitory environments,achieve modern management of class affairs,establish a long-term reading mechanism,and regularly hold characteristic class meetings.
