非洛地平联合银杏叶提取物治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对炎性因子和血流动力学的影响

Effect of felodipine combined with ginkgo biloba extract on anginapectoris of coronary heart disease and its effect on inflammatoryfactors and hemodynamics

目的分析银杏叶提取物联合非洛地平对于冠心病心绞痛患者血流动力学、炎症指标以及临床疗效的影响。方法将2020年12月至2021年12月期间平顶山市第一人民医院收治的102例冠心病心绞痛患者纳入研究中,将患者按照治疗方法不同分组,采用非洛地平药物干预治疗的51例作为对照组,采用银杏叶提取物+非洛地平方案联合治疗的51例作为观察组。对两组患者血流动力学、炎症指标以及治疗疗效等展开比较。结果两组治疗后血浆黏稠度、全血低切和高切黏度等血流动力学指标均降低,且观察组血流动力学各指标为(1.32±0.07)mPa/s、(8.28±1.02)mPa/s及(5.13±1.02)mPa/s,均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)以及白介素-18(IL-18)炎症指标均降低,且观察组各炎症指标MPO、MMP-9、IL-18分别为(8.14±1.22)mmol/L、(21.20±5.43)g/L及(27.14±7.09)μg/L,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床有效率98.03%,高于对照组的84.31%(P<0.05);观察组不良症状发生率1.96%,低于对照组的13.72%(P<0.05)。结论银杏提取物+非洛地平方案应用于冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中,能够有效改善患者血流动力学指标以及临床疗效,同时还可以促使炎性指标进一步降低,用药安全性十分理想,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract plus felodipine on hemodynamics,inflammatory in⁃dexes and clinical efficacy in patients with angina pectoris.Methods 102 patients with coronary heart disease and angi⁃na pectoris admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were included in the study.The patients were divided into different groups according to different treatment methods.51 cases were treated with single felodipine as the control group,and 51 cases were treated with ginkgo biloba extract plus felodipine as the observation group.The hemodynamics,inflammatory indexes and therapeutic efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Hemodynamic indexes such as plasma viscosity,low and high shear viscosity of whole blood were decreased in both groups after treat⁃ment,and the hemodynamic indexes in the observation group were(1.32±0.07)mPa/s,(8.28±1.02)mPa/s and(5.13±1.02)mPa/s,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Myeloperoxidase(MPO),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and interleukin-18(IL-18)inflammation indexes were decreased in both groups after treatment.MPO,MMP-9 and IL-18 in observation group were(8.14±1.22)mmol/L,(21.20±5.43)g/L and(27.14±7.09)μg/L,respectively,which were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The clinical effec⁃tive rate of observation group was 98.03%,which was higher than that of control group(84.31%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group was 1.96%lower than that in the control group(13.72%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ginkgo biloba extract plus felodipine in the treatment of angina pectoris pa⁃tients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes and clinical efficacy,and can further reduce the inflammatory indexes.The drug safety is very ideal,and it is worth promoting.
