飞秒激光LASIK术后视觉质量的研究进展

Research progress of visual quality after FS-LASIK

近年来,伴随着科技的进步和技术设备的更新,角膜屈光手术经历了巨大变革和快速发展,目前已进入全飞秒时代。其安全性、有效性、屈光稳定性以及可预测性都有明显的提升。其中飞秒激光辅助的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis,FS-LASIK)是目前矫正屈光不正最主流的手术方式之一,因其可靠的安全性和有效性受到越来越多人的青睐。同时,人们对术后的治疗效果的要求也越来越高,不仅限于视力的改善,更重要的是要求完美的视觉质量。然而,角膜屈光手术后视觉质量是受到多种因素共同影响的,故本文将针对屈光不正的患者行FS-LASIK术后视觉质量的改变及其影响因素进行简要综述,为临床手术医生提供一定的参考。

In recent years,along with the advancement of science and technology and the updating of technical equip⁃ment,corneal refractive surgery has undergone great changes and rapid development,and has now entered the era of femtosecond.Its safety,effectiveness,refractive stability and predictability have all been significantly improved.Femto⁃second laser-assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)is one of the most mainstream surgical modali⁃ties for correcting refractive error,which is favored by more and more people for its reliable safety and effectiveness.At the same time,people have higher requirements for the postoperative results of refractive surgery,which are not only the improvement of visual acuity,but more importantly,perfect visual quality.However,the visual quality after keratoconus surgery is affected by a variety of factors.Therefore,this article will briefly review the changes in visual quality after FS-LASIK and its influencing factors in patients with refractive error,so as to provide certain references for clinical surgeons.
