土耳其共和国成立百年来,国家安全机制经历了从军方主导到文官政府主导的变革过程,国家安全战略的指导思想也逐渐从凯末尔主义向埃尔多安主义过渡。当前阶段,土耳其国家安全战略中基于地理文化的两面性、基于历史宗教的扩张性、基于地缘现实的进取性特征凸显,全方位塑造其维护国家安全的具体实践,引导其安全政策走向,推动其在差异化的身份认知和普遍化的国家利益之间寻求平衡之道。

Over the past century since the Republic of Türkiye was founded,its national security mechanisms have undergone a transformation from military-dominated to civilian government-dominated,and its guiding ideology concerning national security has gradually shifted from Kemalism to Erdoğanism.At the present stage,Türkiye’s national security strategy is prominently featured by the dual character of its geography and culture,an expansion tendency rooted in history and in religion,and its enterprising policy in response to the geopolitical reality.Such a national security strategy will comprehensively shape Türkiye’s practice of preserving national security and set the course for its security policy,prompting the country to seek a balance between differentiated perceptions of identity and shared national interests.
