摘要
本文综述了利用COMSOL软件进行质子交换膜燃料电池相关结构仿真模拟的研究进展,分析基材层(碳纸层)和整个气体扩散层特性(几何参数、孔隙率等)及操作条件(压力等)对电池性能的影响,并且回顾了利用COMSOL仿真模拟在燃料电池运行条件(温度、电压等)、水管理、电池流场结构设计及性能优劣评估等方面的研究,以期为气体扩散层的结构设计和电池的性能优化提供参考。
The research progress of the simulation of proton exchange membrane fuel cell using COMSOL software was summarized in this pa⁃per,the influence of substrate layer(carbon paper layer)and entire gas diffusion layer characteristics(geometric parameters,porosity,etc.)and operating conditions(pressure,etc.)on the performance of the battery were analyzed.The fuel cell operating conditions(temperature,voltage,etc.),water management,battery flow field structure design and performance evaluation were reviewed,in order to provide refer⁃ence for the structural design of gas diffusion layer and the performance optimization of battery.
