基于MBSE的复杂装备数字化质量管理模式研究

Research on Digital Quality Management Mode of Complex Equipment Based on MBSE

当前,随着国内对基于模型的系统工程(Model-based Systems Engineering,MBSE)等数字化方法的研究和实践愈加深入,在有效推动装备建设转型发展的同时,也急需形成与数字化技术活动相匹配的数字化管理模式。因此,围绕复杂装备数字化质量管理,在分析数字化研发设计场景和内涵的基础上,结合数字化质量管理的难点,提出了基于MBSE的复杂装备数字化质量管理总体架构,并以设计-制造协同过程中的质量管理为例对其实施模式进行了初步研究,最后提出了后续工作的推进建议。

The current practice of model-based system engineering and other digitization methods are becoming increasingly in-depth,effectively promoting the transformation and development of equipment constructions.There is also an urgent requirement to build a digital management model that matches the digital technology activities.Based on the analysis of digital research and design scenarios and endogenous,and focused on the digital quality management of complex equipment,a model-based digital quality management overall structure is presented.Moreover,the implementation mode is preliminarily studied by taking design-manufacturing collaborative process of quality management as an example.Finally,the follow-up work suggestions to promote the proposal are provided.
