摘要
针对空间用某型谱锂离子蓄电池组的环境适应性要求,从抗力学设计和热设计两方面,提出了产品的环境适应性设计方案,并通过仿真分析和试验验证,以及蓄电池组在轨运行数据的分析,验证了产品实际的力学和温度环境适应性设计的合理性和有效性,达到了产品环境适应性设计的目的。
According to the environmental adaptability requirements of a certain type of space product lithium-ion battery,the environmental adaptability design scheme of the product was proposed from two aspects of resistance design and thermal design.Through simulation analysis and test verification,as well as the on-orbit operation data of the battery,the rationality and effectiveness of the actual mechanical and temperature environment adaptability design of the product was verified which achieved the expected product environmental adaptability design.
