摘要
在检修HXD3型机车时发现60Si2CrVA钢轴箱弹簧断裂。对断裂的轴箱弹簧进行了化学成分分析、表面硬度检测、金相检验和断口分析。结果表明:轴箱弹簧表面硬度不符合要求,表面脱碳,过渡部位有磨损,导致疲劳强度和承载性能降低从而断裂。
During HXD3 loco being repaired it was found that the axle box spring of 60Si2CrVA steel fractured.The fractured axle box spring was tested for chemical composition,surface hardness,microstructure and fracture pattern.The results showed that the axle box spring exhibited unqualified surface hardness and decarburized case as well as was worn at the transition part,thus resulting in fracturing due to decrease in both fatigue strength and load-bearing capability.
