基于IEC 62485-3的轨道车辆蓄电池通风系统安全设计研究

摘要 “双碳”战略倡导绿色、环保、低碳的生活方式,轨道车辆已成为绿色低碳出行的建设核心。蓄电池轨道车辆具有巨大的绿色环保优势,但是蓄电池在充电时会电解产生氢气,在空气中达到一定浓度时会导致爆炸危险,因此对轨道车辆蓄电池进行通风系统安全设计研究具有重要意义。文章以某蓄电池工程车为例,重点介绍了机械间蓄电池通风系统,基于IEC 62485-3:2014对蓄电池通风量进行了计算和分析,并进行了安全设计和选型,最后对该蓄电池通风设计进行了安全符合性研究,结果表明该蓄电池通风系统设计符合IEC 62485-3:2014的安全要求。 “Double carbon”strategy advocates green,environmental protection and low-carbon lifestyle,and rail vehicles have become the core of green and low-carbon travel construction.Battery rail vehicles have significant green and environmental advantages,but batteries electrolyze to produce hydrogen gas during charging,which will lead to explosion danger when it reaches a certain concentration in the air.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safety design and research for battery ventilation system of rail vehicles.This paper takes a battery engineering vehicle as an example and focuses on introducing the mechanical room battery ventilation system.Based on IEC 62485-3:2014,the ventilation amount of the battery is calculated and analyzed,and safety design and selection are carried out.Finally,safety compliance research is conducted on the battery ventilation design,and the results show that the battery ventilation system design meets the safety requirements of IEC 62485-3:2014.
