摘要
针对某型市域车齿轮箱润滑油发黑问题,文章结合油样检测、齿轮箱拆解检查,以及接地侧流场仿真计算等进行原因分析,并通过台架故障复现试验进行确认。采取减小迷宫间隙、优化碳粉排放结构等措施对迷宫密封结构进行优化,并进行了仿真分析、台架试验和线路试验对比,结果显示优化后的迷宫密封结构可有效抑制碳粉进入齿轮箱内部。
In response to the problem of blackening of lubricating oil in the gear box of a certain type of urban vehicle,this paper analyzes the reasons by combining oil sample detection,gear box disassembly inspection,and simulation calculation of the earthing side flow field,and confirms it through bench fault reproduction tests.Measures such as reducing labyrinth clearance and optimizing carbon powder emission structure are taken to optimize the labyrinth seal structure.Simulation analysis,bench test,and line test comparisons are conducted,and the results show that the optimized labyrinth seal structure can effectively suppress carbon powder from entering the interior of the gear box.
