构建边疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化机制

构建边疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化机制既是落实宣传思想文化工作的具体措施,也是边疆地区稳定发展的重要保障。针对地理环境特殊、民族关系复杂、不安全因素较多等具体特点,边疆地区常态化宣传教育应重点围绕“理念认知”和“情感认同”展开。常态化开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育是党在广泛深入调研的基础上进行的创新性尝试。边疆地区在常态化宣传教育的过程中既要把握铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内容,也要把握边疆地区的特殊情况,对党的民族理论和民族政策、中华民族共同体、中华民族共同体意识、“四个与共”“四个共同”“五个认同”“三个意识”等内容进行重点宣传教育。可通过建立宣传教育长效机制、细化宣传教育目标受众、丰富宣传教育方式手段、完善宣传教育基础工作等实践路径,构建边疆地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化机制。

The construction of a regular publicity and education mechanism to strengthen Chinese national community sense in border areas is a concrete measure for the implementation of publicity,ideological and cultural work,and an important guarantee for the stable development of border areas.Addressing the specific characteristics such as special geographical environment,complex ethnic relations,and many insecurity factors,the regular publicity and education in the border areas should focus on“conceptual cognition”and“emotional identity”.It is an innovative attempt of the Party on the basis of extensive and indepth research to carry out the publicity and education of the community sense of the Chinese nation.Border areas in the process of normalized publicity and education should not only comprehend the content of the Chinese national community sense,but also comprehend the special circumstances of the border areas and carry out key publicity and education on the Party’s ethnic theory and ethnic policy,the Chinese national community,the Chinese national community sense,“four sharing”“four common”“five identity”“three senses”and other contents.By establishing a long-term mechanism of publicity and education,refining the target audience of publicity and education,enriching the ways and means of publicity and education,and improving the basic work of publicity and education,a regular mechanism of publicity and education of the community sense of the Chinese nation in border areas can be established.
