西部地区职业教育数字化转型的逻辑、愿景与进路

The Logic,Vision and Approach of Digital Transformation of Vocational Education in Western China

摘要 基于“本体”“类型”和“区位”等要素的耦合性思考,西部地区职业教育数字化转型应坚持重构性、类型性、超越性的价值逻辑。在此“三维取向”的观照下,西部地区职业教育数字化转型的应然状态表现为形成“近产型”数字化职教生态、“引领型”数字化职教主体、“实践型”数字化培养模式和“后发型”数字化进取机制。扎实推进西部地区职业教育数字化转型,需要重构布局结构,支撑并适度超越西部产业发展;重构主体价值,开展参与式教师素养提升培训;重构内涵体系,打造东西共建共享的数字资源;重构运行秩序,探索院校智慧管理的一般模式;重构进取机制,推进西部职业教育的“后发型”超越。 Based on the aggregation of ontology、type and location,the digital transformation of vocational education in the western region should adhere to the logic of reconstruction,typology and transcendence.Under the perspective of those orientations,the expected states of digital transformation of vocational education in the western region is manifested as:A near-production digital vocational education ecosystem,a leading digital vocational education subject,a practical digital training mode,and a late-developed digital learning mechanism.To promote the digital transformation of vocational education in the western region,it is necessary to restructure the layout structure,support and surpass the development of industries in the western region,reconstruct the subject value and carry out participatory teacher literacy improvement training,reconstruct the connotation system and To build digital resources jointly shared by the eastern and western regions,reconstruct the operational order and explore the Intelligent mode of management in universities,restructure the enterprising mechanism and promoting the late-developed surpassing of vocational education in the western region.
