摘要
研究式教学作为一种以学员为主体、以解决实际问题为取向的培训教学方法,较好地破解了培训与实践脱节的难题,实现了学习培训与推动发展的有机结合、探索规律和经世致用的有机统一。发挥国企党校优势,在国企干部教育培训中积极开展研究式教学,既是落实高质量教育培训干部、高水平服务党和国家事业发展的客观要求,也是干训工作提质增效的有效途径。有效实施研究式教学需要以问题为导向,开展主动的、建构的、有意图的、真实的与合作的学习,培养学员问题解决能力和创新思维。
Research-based teaching,as a training and teaching method that focuses on trainees as the main body and is oriented towards solving practical problems,effectively solves the disconnection between training and practice.It achieves a combination of learning and training with promoting development,and a unity of exploring laws and applying knowledge to real-world situations.Leveraging the advantages of Party schools for stateowned enterprises and actively implementing research-based teaching in the education and training of the cadres is not only an objective requirement for implementing high-quality education and training for cadres and highlevel service for the development of the country,but also an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of cadre training work.The effective implementation of research-based teaching requires problem-oriented,active,constructive,intentional,authentic,and collaborative learning to cultivate trainees'problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
