全面推进乡村教育振兴:价值意蕴、问题审视与路径对策

摘要 从宏观上看,乡村教育振兴作为乡村振兴的“子工程”和“支撑点”,对于破解城乡教育二元结构、夯实乡村人才振兴基础以及传承乡村优秀传统文化、塑造文明乡风、推进建设教育强国等方面的作用举足轻重。然而,值得反思的是,当前的乡村教育在价值追求、教育质量和教育内容等方面的一些突出问题和瓶颈已成为乡村全面振兴的障碍。因此,要进一步塑造尊师重教良好家风,提高乡村受教育水平;积极树立爱农强农观念,追求乡村振兴大目标;统筹协调城乡教育发展,推进教育一体化进程,从而实现乡村教育振兴和教育振兴乡村双向耦合、相得益彰。 On a macro scale,the revitalization of rural education,as a“sub-project”and“support point”of ru-ral revitalization,plays a pivotal role in breaking the dual structure of urban and rural education,consolidating the foundation for the revitalization of rural talents,inheriting the excellent traditional culture of rural areas,shaping civilized rural customs,and promoting the construction of a strong country in education.However,it is worth re-flecting that some promineut problems and bottlenecks in the current rural education in terms of value pursuit,edu-cational quality and educational content have become the key to the overall revitalization of the countryside.There-fore,it is necessary to take measures such as to further shape a good family style of respecting teachers and valuing education,and improve the level of education in rural areas,to establish actively the concept of loving and strength-ening agriculture,and pursue the goal of rural revitalization,to coordinate the development of urban and rural edu-cation,and promote the process of education integration,so as to realize the integration of the rural education revi-talization and rural revitalization with education.
